How we collect, use and protect your information.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Wellness collects when you use our website and product, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect as little as we can.
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, book a demo or contact us, such as your name, work email and company. When you use the product we also store the content you add to your workspace, and basic usage data like pages visited, device type and approximate location.
We use your information to run and improve Wellness, keep your account secure, answer your questions, and send service updates. We only send product news and our newsletter if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Wellness, such as hosting, payments and email delivery, and only as much as they need to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the product may stop working.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of you closing it, unless we have to keep it longer by law. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it.
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
