These terms govern your use of Wellness. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you are using Wellness on behalf of a company, you agree to them on its behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
Use Wellness lawfully and respectfully. Do not try to break or overload the service, access data that is not yours, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
What you put into Wellness stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.
We work hard to keep Wellness available and improving, but the service is provided as is. We may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect how you use it.
To the extent the law allows, Wellness is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can close your account whenever you like. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. After an account is closed, you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
